Is the acupressure mat painful?

The first 60 seconds feel sharp. 
Then your shoulders go heavy and 
the sensation becomes warm. Most 
women describe it as intense at 
first, then deeply relaxing. You 
can start with a thin cotton layer 
between you and the mat if needed.

Do I need to use it on bare skin?
No. A thin cotton t-shirt or 
lightweight fabric works well, 
especially when you're just 
starting out. Over time, most 
people prefer bare skin.

How long should I use it?
Ten minutes is the whole practice. 
Set a timer or a song, then get up 
slowly. Some nights you'll fall 
asleep on it. That's fine too.

Where should I use it?
Roll it out where the rug ends. 
The floor beside your bed, your 
living room, a quiet corner. 
Wherever feels right.

How do I clean my mat?
Spot-clean the cover with cool 
water. Air dry. Roll loosely with 
the included cotton tie when 
not in use.
